Shipping and Returns

Returns and Exchanges 

At Esther Mayy, we understand not every purchase will be the perfect fit. For this reason, eligible returns will be issued as store credit with no expiry date. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

In the case of an exchange or return the customer will be provided with a prepaid return slip, once the item is received you will be provided with a store credit valued at the price of the item, excluding the original shipping cost. 

We do not provide refunds for change of mind or sizing issues. Refunds are only available if an item is confirmed to be faulty at the time of delivery.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Refunds are only issued if an item is determined to be faulty.

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at info@esthermayy.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. If an item is assessed and found not to be faulty, it will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Return Eligibility

Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Original tags attached
  • Free from marks, stains, makeup, odours, or damage

We recommend taking extra care when trying on garments. All returned items are inspected, and any item received that do not meet the required condition will be rejected.

If a rejected item is to be sent back to the customer, return shipping costs will apply.

 

Submitting an Exchange  

Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item and returned to us within 20 days. Prior to sending back your return please follow the steps at https://esthermayy.com/apps/parcelpanel-returns 

Please remember to include your name & order number in the email otherwise we cannot issue you with a store credit.

 

International Exchanges 

Please ensure you have read our sizing chart before purchasing as all shipping costs for exchanges are to be paid by the customer. All international orders will be processed within 3 days of purchasing. All costs are included in the checkout price eg. tarrifs, handling fee so no surprise costs.
